Construction Worker at Rambo AB

We at Adecco are now looking for construction workers for our pool of needs for assignments at Rambo AB – a municipal environmental company in central Bohuslän. The assignments apply during temporary absences of regular staff and holiday periods, making the role perfect for you who have another occupation or work as a freelancer and want to take extra shifts as needed.

Job Responsibilities

As a construction worker at Rambo, you may work at one of their facilities or recycling centers in Lysekil, Munkedal, Sotenäs, or Tanum. The tasks vary depending on placement but may include:

• Assisting visitors in sorting correctly and answering questions about recycling
• Handling, loading, and sorting different types of waste
• Contributing to keeping the facility clean, safe, and well-organized

The working hours are mainly weekdays during the day, but some evenings or Saturdays may occur depending on needs.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role, we believe you have a practical disposition and preferably previous experience from working at a recycling center, facility, or similar operation. We would like you to have:

• Driver's license B and access to a car (requirement)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Good computer skills
• Experience in operating machinery (forklift, wheel loader, or excavator) is a merit
• Vocational certificate is a plus, but not a requirement

Experience in the industry and if you have worked in different systems within an operation is seen as meritorious.

As a person, you are reliable, organized, and responsible. You enjoy putting in effort when needed and see the value in contributing to a clean and safe working environment. Since the job involves contact with visitors and colleagues, you appreciate collaborating and communicating in a clear and pleasant manner.
